Amnaan Publishing Terms and Conditions

This agreement is a binding agreement between “Amnaan parties” and the individual user, author, publisher, or the organization identified as holding an account (“User” or “Publisher”) in Amnaan Platform.

“Amnaan parties” are the founders, the owners of Amnaan, Instinct Institute, and Instict Co. Ltd. Amnaan “affiliate” is any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or under trademark protection of Instict Co., Ltd.

This agreement provides terms and condition of the participation of the authors, publishers, authors in the Amnaan digital publication and distribution program (The “Program”) and the distribution of digital content (“Content”) through the Program (all such content, Electronic documents, PDF, ePUB, “Digital Books”), as consist as the following:

1. User or Publisher, accept this agreement and agree to be bound by all its terms and conditions by either click on the mobile application or website to agree, accept, or sign on the hard copy of this agreement.
2. Agreement Amendment. “Amnaan” reserve the rights to change the terms, “Program”, in this agreement with the prior notice to the “User” and “Publisher”.
3. Roles and Responsibilities
   • “User” and “Publisher” must ensure that his/her/its publishing acts and contents are not violating any law or regulation, copyrights, intellectual property of any individual, publisher, or organization.
   • “User” and “Publisher” agree to submit one Complete Version of the Content for every 20 Trial Contents published in Amnaan.
   • “User” and “Publisher” agree to share the Trial Contents of his/her/its own publishing contents in Amnaan.
   • Amnaan agree to allow the publisher publish content (all such content, Electronic documents, PDF, ePUB, “Digital Books”) through Amnaan Platform.
   • Amnaan responsible to receive the order the content buyer and notify the order to the Publisher.
   • The Publisher responsible to deliver order to the buyer of the content.
   • Amnaan and the Publisher agree to communicate the result of the purchasing transaction, number of view, and other available marketing information related to the content of the Publisher.
4. Trial Content and Complete Content
   1. Trial Content
   
   Trial Content of all such content, electronic documents, PDF, ePUB, “Digital Books” consist of the following Information and pages:
   
   • Basic Information include Title, Author, Publisher, Date and Time (At least Year) of Publication, Abstract or Summary.
   • Cover Picture Page.
   • Table of Content.
   • Few Body Pages if Available.
   2. Complete Content
   
   Complete Content of all such content, electronic documents, PDF, ePUB, “Digital Books” consist of the following Information and pages:
   • Basic Information include Title, Author, Publisher, Date and Time (At least Year) of Publication, Abstract or Summary.
   • Cover Picture Page.
   • Table of Content.
   • All pages, sections, chapters, parts of the all such content, electronic documents, PDF, ePUB, “Digital Books”.
5. Termination of Term and Condition
This agreement could be terminated in two weeks after a prior noticed by the following terms:
• This agreement shall be terminated if any parties violate any terms or conditions in this agreement, and the dispute cannot be resolve.
Or
• Both parties agree to terminate this agreement.
